Your appointment

However you choose to contact us, we may offer you a consultation:

  • by phone
  • face to face at the surgery

Appointments by phone can be more flexible and often means you get help sooner.

Non-urgent advice: Notice

Visiting consultants attend the surgery to see in-house referrals and our GPs have developed close links with consultants in local NHS hospitals. This facilitates the planning of out-patient treatment and hospital admissions and discharges.

Cancelling or changing an appointment

If you need help when we are closed

  • In an emergency dial 999.

Non-urgent advice: Out of Hours

London Central & West Unscheduled Care Collaborative are responsible for the out of hours service for our practice population. When the practice is closed, patients should dial 111 if they require medical help or advice and its not urgent enough to call 999.
NHS 111 operates 24hrs a day, 365 days of the year and is free to use from either a landline or mobile telephone.

If you need help with your appointment

Please tell us:

  • if there’s a specific doctor, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to respond
  • if you would prefer to consult with the doctor or nurse by phone
  • if you have any other access or communication requirements

Home visits

If you are unable to physically attend the medical centre, with or without arranged support, please contact the medical centre to discuss with one of our clinical team for them to assess whether a home visit will be required.
